return policies:
Returns: Most
items may be returned for a refund of the
purchase
price (see exceptions below). Unused merchandise may be returned within
30 days for a full refund (it must have been shipped by you within 30
days of having been delivered to your address).
All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please choose
a shipping method that is both convenient and economical for you. It is
in your best interest to insure valuable packages, as we cannot be
responsible for issuing a refund for merchandise that arrives damaged
or does not arrive at all.
Bridal gowns that have been made specifically for you (Simple Graces
and Martin McCrea) are not returnable. Please be certain about your
measurements, and remember it is much easier to have a dress taken in
than let out.
Personal Checks: We do accept personal checks, but you must allow us to hold the merchandise for fourteen days from our receipt of your check to allow it to clear before we ship your order.
Credit Card Orders: We only ship to the billing address on credit card orders.
